Shawn and I hopped on a plane and headed to Las Vegas for the weekend! It was great to get-a-way! We have always stayed off the strip when we have gone before so this time we decided to stay on the strip...I should have done MUCH more research on where we stayed...we stayed at the Luxor...and did NOT like it at all! After exploring almost all the casino's we decided our next stay will be much better at Paris, PH, or even the new City Center. Other than our room...our trip was great! Much needed time together. We saw the Chris Angel; Believe show. Rather interesting is how I can sum it up for you! Did a little gambling...just slots, and lot's of playing! Our next trip is in the planning stages!

Oh we LOVE Vegas! I am shocked you didn't like Luxor. I have never stayed there, we always stay at Venetian/Palazzo as it is our FAVE...but I would have never guessed it wouldn't have been really nice? I am glad you got to have a getaway...maybe another baby anytime soon?!:)
Its always fun to get away with your hubby! When we go to Vegas we stay at the Signature MGM Grand. It is a sister hotel to the MGM but ten time better. All of the rooms are suites and have huge jetted tubs. We paid just $100 a night. What a steal for what you get. We love to travel. Also check trip advisors for photos from guest to see what rooms really look like. :) Lacie
