A story of a substitute....

Well, I am now on week two of this long term sub job I accepted. What was I thinking? The first week went okay, the class is good for the most part. Yesterday a student brought a shoe horn to school...not just your normal 5-6 inch shoe horn, but a 2 foot long shoe horn. He was swinging it around at the end of the day calling it his "teacher whacker". He said, "If a teacher messes with me then I can use this to WHACK them with it!" WOW! I gave him a one way ticket straight to the office. Seriously I am not sure that I can deal with behaviors like that for 3 more weeks.
