Women's Retreat

WOW...I cannot believe it has been over a month since I have last blogged...where has the time gone?

Last weekend I was filled with so much of God's LOVE at a wonderful women's retreat!

Going into this weekend I truly had one focus and God showed me SO much more! I met women who helped me overcome my battles and then I got to be there for some women who needed someone!

No words can describe the LOVE that we all left with!

Overload...

I cannot remember when the last time was that I sat down and updated my blog...

with the summer vacations, school starting, a beginning and ending to a job, and everything else in between taking a breath seems almost impossible. 

Zach has started 7th grade this year...I cannot believe he is a junior higher! Time flies. Although he is not mine by birth, he was barely graduating Kindergarten when I came into his life. Times are still hard with him, but I just continue to pray and do the best that I can. He is also going through the stage where parents just aren't cool anyway....so everything is taken with a grain of salt! :)

Morgan is a busy body...ready to start preschool...loves her playgroup friends...and LOVES, LOVES pajama days...I am pretty sure she would wear her jammies EVERYWHERE if I let her! :)

Now that my first teaching job did not go as I had thought...I am going to sub this year and go back to after school tutoring at or local libraries. I did this the last couple of years and enjoyed being able to work one-on-one with the kids. 

Shawn is beginning a new job tomorrow. I pray that it is where he is supposed to be!!  He is also working very hard on custom RV Gates and Backyard Gates. Although it is SUPER HOT outside he enjoys building and working in his garage!!
