It's Official...
Well it is official, Miss Morgan has gotten her first tooth. It broke through the gums yesterday. It is her front, bottom right tooth. I know there is terminology for that...but I do not know it. :) She has been teething for awhile now. We have had a few restless nights, but for the most part she has done so well. I can see that the top front teeth and the other bottom tooth are close behind! She is getting so big!!

Fun times this weekend

We had a very bust weekend. We went to the parade in downtown Peoria to watch Miss Kylie cheer. Zach found a Great Dane to pet. Check out the picture...the dog was as tall as him. Mr. Ryan was showing off his cowboy act. Silly kid as usual. Later that day Morgan decided to walk to the car with daddy. She will not crawl, but if you hold her hands she will walk anywhere with you. Then, we headed to Fountain Hills to Great-Grandma and Grandpa Shero's house. Morgan and I found our spot on the swing out back. What a relaxing weekend we had.

Ready set Crawl
We have been teaching Morgan to put her arms up. She sure is catching on. I have flash cards that say different words and pictures to go with them. We work with our cards twice a day, so she can start building her vocabulary. What a big girl!

Well Miss Morgan wants to crawl...but cannot seem to figure it out. Here she is just practicing the stance with grandma and brother.

Getting ready for bed

We got Morgan her first pair of Princess jammies. Every night we go through the same routine of putting on her jammies, lotioning up her poor little face and saying a prayer. It seems she always gets a second wind when it is time for bed and that it makes it so hard for me to want to put her in bed. Sometimes I tell Shawn that I cannot wait until she can crawl into bed with us...but I really don't want to start that habit! :)

Morgan Playing Peek-a-Boo
I could not pass up the chance to share this with everyone. Morgan is getting so smart and loves playing everyday with her mommy!
It's been awile

Hello all! It has been awhile since I have last updated or blog so I thought I would update all of you on whats going on. Zach has finished soccer and now is getting ready to participate in all of the fundraisers at church for camp this summer. He is so excited to be able to go camping without his parents. Morgan is now 8 months and she just keeps growing. She has quite a bit of hair now, she can wave hi and bye. She says "mama" all the time, and she has started using her sippy cup more. Yeah for mama, no more bottles! I am still making all of her food. I tried to offer her some baby food that I bought at the store, but she wanted nothing to do with it. So a Princess she will be and mommy will continue to make her food. Shawn and I just dedicated her at church last weekend. All this means is that we have stated that we will raise our kids in a Godly home and follow the words of Christ. Here are some updated pictures for you all to see!
